Welcome to QuickPin.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuickPin mobile application and related services (the "Service").

2. What QuickPin Does
QuickPin is a personal place-bookmarking application that allows users to save and organize locations for future reference.
Depending on the available version and supported functionality, QuickPin allows users to:
- Search for businesses and geographical locations.
- Find addresses and points of interest.
- Save selected places to a personal account.
- Import supported location links from Google Maps and other applications.
- Organize saved locations.
- Mark locations as favorites.
- Assign or edit personal labels.
- View saved-location information.
- Open places in supported external mapping applications.
- Remove locations they no longer wish to save.
Certain features depend on external mapping providers, internet connectivity, and service availability.
QuickPin is not a professional navigation, emergency-response, or personal-safety service.
3. Eligibility and Minimum Age
You must be at least 16 years old to create a QuickPin account.
By registering, you represent that:
- You are at least 16 years old.
- You are legally permitted to use the Service.
- You provide truthful registration information.
- You will comply with these Terms and applicable law.
If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, additional legal requirements may apply to your use of the Service.
Where parental or guardian authorization is legally required, you must obtain that authorization before using the Service.
QuickPin may implement age-eligibility checks or restrict availability in certain jurisdictions to meet legal requirements.
We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably determine that the account holder does not meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
4. Account Registration
A QuickPin account is required to use its personal saved-location functionality.
During registration, you may be asked for information such as an email address, name, authentication credentials, or verification details.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
If you suspect unauthorized access, you should contact us promptly.
You must not:
- Impersonate another person.
- Access another user's account without authorization.
- Register through fraudulent methods.
- Circumvent authentication or security measures.
5. Your Saved Locations
QuickPin allows you to create a personal collection of saved locations.
You control which locations you choose to save, organize, edit, or delete using the available application features.
A saved location may be associated with a Google Place ID, a custom label, or other information required to identify and display the place.
You acknowledge that:
- Saved places may represent businesses, addresses, landmarks, or geographical points.
- Place names, addresses, and availability may change.
- The mapping information shown may be incomplete or outdated.
- A saved location does not establish ownership of a property or business.
- QuickPin cannot guarantee that third-party mapping information will remain available indefinitely.
You are responsible for independently confirming any location information that is important for your intended use.
6. Your Content and Information
You retain any rights you have in original information you independently submit to QuickPin, such as personal location labels.
You grant QuickPin a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that information as necessary to provide the Service.
This license is limited to operating, maintaining, securing, and supporting QuickPin.
It does not give us ownership of your original information.
Third-party mapping content remains subject to the rights and restrictions of its respective providers.
QuickPin may store or retrieve third-party information only in accordance with applicable agreements and legal requirements.
7. Google Maps and Third-Party Services
QuickPin uses Google Maps Platform services, including Google Places and mapping-related functionality.
These services assist with searching for, identifying, displaying, and opening locations.
Use of Google-powered functionality is subject to the applicable Google Terms of Service, incorporated into these Terms by reference:

Google Maps Platform services may impose restrictions on content storage, copying, caching, attribution, and display.
QuickPin and its users must respect applicable third-party rights and service terms.
Google may modify or discontinue particular mapping information or services.
QuickPin is not owned by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
Other external applications opened through QuickPin are governed by their own applicable terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use QuickPin to:
- Perform unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Gain unauthorized access to accounts or databases.
- Access another user's private saved locations.
- Distribute malware or harmful code.
- Interfere with the operation of the application.
- Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions.
- Conduct unauthorized automated scraping or extraction.
- Misuse third-party mapping data.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
- Use the Service to unlawfully collect, track, threaten, harass, or expose another person.
- Attempt to bypass account, age, or security restrictions.
We may take reasonable and proportionate action to prevent misuse.
Such action may include temporary restrictions, account suspension, or account termination.
9. Search and Usage Limits
QuickPin may apply technical and operational restrictions to maintain service reliability and manage third-party infrastructure costs.
These may include limits on:
- Location searches.
- Place Details requests.
- Mapping-related operations.
- New saved locations during a specified period.
- Importing or resolving externally shared locations.
- Other resource-intensive actions.
Where applicable, the application may display usage information or remaining allowances.
Limits may vary according to account status, service availability, or technical circumstances.
When a limit is reached, some features may become temporarily unavailable.
We may modify reasonable usage limits to address service capacity, costs, abuse prevention, or technical changes.
Material changes affecting established user expectations will be communicated where appropriate.
Reaching a usage limit does not itself delete previously saved locations.
10. Availability and Changes to the Service
We aim to provide a reliable Service but cannot guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access.
Availability may be affected by:
- Internet connectivity.
- Device or operating-system compatibility.
- Technical maintenance.
- Third-party service failures.
- Google API limitations.
- Security incidents.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
Where material changes significantly affect users, we will provide appropriate notice where practicable or legally required.
Nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights to remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Pricing and Future Paid Services
QuickPin's current basic service is offered without a subscription fee.
We may introduce optional premium functionality, paid subscriptions, or other paid services in the future.
Before charging users, we will disclose applicable prices, payment conditions, renewal terms, and cancellation rights.
Users will not automatically become paid subscribers merely because they previously registered for a free account.
Future purchases may be subject to additional terms and applicable Apple App Store or Google Play billing requirements.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
QuickPin processes personal information according to its Privacy Policy:
Information processed through the Service may include account information, saved locations, authentication records, mapping requests, technical data, and usage information.
You may have legal rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information.
Accepting these Terms does not waive your statutory privacy rights.
A registration acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy does not constitute blanket consent to unrelated personal-data processing.
13. Account Deletion
You may stop using QuickPin at any time.
Where supported, you may initiate account deletion from the application's settings.
You may also submit a deletion request through the privacy contact provided in the Privacy Policy.
Following a valid deletion request, we will take appropriate steps to delete or de-identify information as required by applicable law.
Certain records may be retained where a valid legal basis requires it.
Uninstalling the application alone does not necessarily delete information stored in your online account.
14. Intellectual Property
The QuickPin application, original design, software, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the Service Provider.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the application for its intended purposes.
You must not copy, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit the QuickPin software without authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of QuickPin or third-party intellectual property to you.
15. Accuracy of Location Information
QuickPin relies on information that may originate from Google or other mapping sources.
We do not independently guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or continuing validity of all displayed information.
Business names, addresses, operating status, and geographical details may change.
Users should verify important details independently.
QuickPin should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for emergencies, medical transport, personal safety, or other high-risk situations.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, QuickPin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not warrant that the application will operate without interruption, error, or incompatibility.
We cannot guarantee that saved third-party places or external mapping services will remain available indefinitely.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory statutory warranty, consumer remedy, or other protection that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, QuickPin and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or unavailability of the Service.
This includes losses resulting from inaccurate third-party location information, temporary service interruptions, or unsupported external services, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
Your mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
18. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to:
- Prevent unauthorized access.
- Address serious violations of these Terms.
- Protect the security of users or infrastructure.
- Prevent abuse or fraudulent activity.
- Comply with applicable law.
- Respond to serious technical or operational risks.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
You remain entitled to exercise applicable privacy rights following account suspension or termination.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, technical, or product changes.
The updated version will show a revised effective or last-updated date.
Where changes materially affect users, we will provide reasonable notice through the application, email, or another appropriate communication channel.
Where renewed acceptance is legally necessary, QuickPin will request acceptance of the revised Terms.
Continued use alone will not be treated as valid consent where applicable law requires an express agreement.
20. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, subject to any mandatory laws that protect consumers in their country of residence.
If a dispute arises, you may contact us to attempt an informal resolution.
Nothing in these Terms removes your right to seek remedies before a competent court, consumer authority, or other legally authorized body.
Users located in different countries may benefit from additional mandatory protections under local law.
