Who operates this website?
This website is for QuickPin. Before launch, the responsible legal entity, address and contact email must be published here. Operator details: to be confirmed.
Information we collect
If you join the waitlist, the form is designed to store your email address, a short signup source (for example, a campaign code), the time of signup and a record of your consent. We do not ask for your name, saved places or account password through this form.
Hosting and security service providers may handle technical request information, such as IP addresses, as part of standard delivery and fraud prevention; that processing must be described and confirmed when hosting is configured.
Why we use it
We use waitlist details to let you know about QuickPin launch news. The intended legal basis is your freely given consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a), where applicable). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
We do not intend to sell waitlist email addresses or use them for unrelated advertising.
Providers and transfers
The prepared website backend supports Cloudflare Pages and a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database. An optional transactional email provider (Resend) can deliver signup confirmations. Before launch, verify the selected providers, processing locations, transfer safeguards and data-processing agreements; this website does not establish those services by itself.
How long information is kept
We plan to keep your signup information only while it is needed to send the requested QuickPin launch update, unless you withdraw consent sooner. A specific retention period, deletion schedule, and operational process must be defined before the waitlist goes live.
Your choices and rights
Where applicable, you may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data; withdraw your consent; object or request restriction; and lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. We will publish a working privacy contact address before the live waitlist opens.
Security and cookies
The website is designed without advertising trackers. The signup endpoint uses input validation and database-safe parameterized queries. Additional platform anti-abuse rules must be configured before accepting public submissions. Hosting providers may set essential security-related cookies or logs, which must be checked when deploying.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice if the website, our providers, or the waitlist process changes. The version and date will be updated with the published notice.
